Due to the small-batch, curated nature of our products, all sales are final. That said, if something arrives damaged or not quite right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We’ll make it right. Email us at hellobloomified@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll get back to you quickly with a solution.
Returns for Candles, Jewelry, and Gift Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, candles, earrings, and certain personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.Â
