Your Season: The Fog

Archetype: The Seeker

You haven't lost yourself.
You just can't see yourself clearly right now.

Welcome to the fog, beautiful. Pull up a chair. Stay a while.

This is the season nobody puts on a vision board and everybody eventually lives. The season where you wake up, look in the mirror, and think who even are you? Where you go through the motions of your perfectly constructed life and feel, somewhere deep in your chest, a quiet and persistent ache that whispers there has to be more than this.

There is. So much more.

The Fog arrives when a woman has been so magnificently, devotedly, exhaustingly everything for everyone that she has simply lost the thread back to herself. She has been the keeper, the fixer, the one who holds it all together with grace and grit and very good shoes. And somewhere in all of that glorious, relentless giving, the question of what do I actually want went very, very quiet.

The Seeker in you brought you here. She has been nudging you, whispering to you, sending you small strange signals for a while now. She knew before you did that something needed to shift. She is the part of you that still believes, even now, even in the fog, that something extraordinary is waiting on the other side of this gray morning.

She is right. She is always right.

What This Season Is Asking of You

Get still. Genuinely, radically, deliciously still. Carve out small pockets of quiet and sit in them without an agenda. Start asking yourself the honest questions you have been too busy to ask. What do I actually enjoy? What have I been pretending is fine? What would I do today if nobody needed a single thing from me?

Listen for the answers. They are already in you, waiting for a little silence to surface.

The Seeker does one thing above all else. She stays curious. Stay curious, love. The fog is already beginning to lift.

When You're Ready

This is exactly the season I created Reinvention Sessions for. Private, unhurried, deeply creative 1:1 work designed to help you find your thread again and follow it somewhere true and surprising and wholly yours.

You are also warmly, wholeheartedly welcome in the Bloom Collective, where women in every season gather to create and reflect and remind each other that we are spectacularly not alone in this.
